We had an extra suitcase which the hotel happily kept for us whilst we went to Jiuzhaigou for 9 days. Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel was like 10 mins walk to Tianfu Square & metro station. The bed & pillows were awesome. This hotel chain is well managed, the room that i had was big too. So was convenient for me and the kids.

We like the location of this property, it is easy to access metro. A lot of places are walkable if you like. We requested a quiet room and the staff updated it, which was nice. The room was not very big but big enough for two of us. The property provided unlimited bottled water and soda. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had nice stay. None

I am thankful for the staff who helped me to solve the payment amount issue during check-in. I think there was a difference in the room rates between booking.com and the hotel, and almost ended up paying more than what was priced on Booking.com where I booked. But the staffs managed to help verify with Booking.com and gave us the rate booked with Booking.com They did not clean the bathroom and floor as I could see my hair on the floor. They do not provide universal adapter, nor is the power socket compatible for international travelers

Great location with plenty of eateries nearby, near to the train station. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. The staff are helpful. Walking distance to Chunxi and taikoo shopping area. None

I must say the staff is the nicest people they are willing to go extra miles to accomodate the guests. They helped us requesting Uber and in exchange we paid them my cash (because the fee is directly deducted from their account). They also gave us early check in! Our room was a bit too far haha but it's okay we got the 3 person room.
