The Housekeeping Staff are really friendly & hard-working. Please let the Hotel Management knows. All the cleaners never fail to smile & greet. Toilet bowl should upgrade as the poo always get "stuck" due to the bowl shape as it is more like a basin, too "flat".

簡素ではあるが、清潔で必要なものは一通り揃っている。また、日当たりもよくなかなか快適。また、地下鉄2号線に近く、成都を代表する観光地である文殊院も徒歩圏内。

The location was very good for sightseeing, shopping, and food. Each staff was nice and helpful. The room was relatively small, but it was very comfortable and had everything that I needed. I will stay there again.

●室内 小奇麗に清掃してあり、歯ブラシ・タオル・石鹸・シャンプー・スリッパ・wifi・無償ミネラルウオーター・トイレの紙など完備。喫煙室を希望しましたがタバコ臭さなし。シングル予約でしたがベッドが2つあり、広くて快適。湯船はありませんが、シャワーはすぐにお湯が出て問題なし。 ●スタッフ 清掃員が廊下ですれ違いのときに挨拶、またエレベータの方向を教えてくれる親切さ。またトイレにスマホを置き忘れして1日外出してしまいましたが、ちゃんとそのまま残っていました。慌てましたが、結果安心しました。

毎年このホテルを利用しています。地下鉄1号線文殊院駅から歩いて7分ほどので静かな場所にあり、ホテルの部屋が私には使いやすくて代金もお得です。近くにはローカル食堂が並び、スーパーマーケットやマクドナルドもありとても便利です。レセプションのスタッフはほぼ中国語のみですが目的地への行き方などを親切に教えてくれました。なかには適当なスタッフもいましたが…。また歩いて12～3分のところに成都で有名な「陳麻婆豆腐店」があります。

麻婆豆腐の有名店にも徒歩で15分ぐらいでした。 コンセントも日本のが使えました。 空港周辺のホテルに行きたいと頼んだところ、いろいろ親身に対応してくださり本当に助かりました。

客室の快適度が悪いのは、シャワーのお湯が夜しか出ない。ときどき夜でも微温い湯しか出ない。寒い冬場は微温い湯の場合が多い。ネット環境はよし。周囲は安全。

地下鉄駅からのアクセスよく、繁華街も徒歩圏内。近くに飲食店多く、すぐ横に早朝から営業している美味しい中華まん販売店があります。ホテルの対応などは値段の割には満足出来る内容でしたが、冷蔵庫が無かった点が残念。その他は普通のビジネスホテルといったところでした。

This hotel is a walk from the train station and shops/ATMs. The staff were as helpful as they could be but it was a struggle to communicate in English. Hardly any Chinese people could speak English from my experience in China. However they would make the effort by using google translate and even wrote in Chinese for us to give to a taxi driver as they knew would struggle to communicate with the locals. This hotel is very good value for money.

だいぶ古くなってきましたが、安定のジンンジャン・インの品質です。大して英語は通じませんが、外国人に慣れているので、テレビの不具合など、よくあるトラブルには素早い対応でした。周辺にはコンビニ的な店や地元グルメな店も多く、一泊200元以下で宿泊するなら、良い選択だと思います。紙コップ（なんと密封されている）しか置いていないので、お茶ぐらい陶器のカップで飲みたい人は、どこかで安い茶器を買っておきましょう。

以前にも数度利用したことがある。その時もなかなかタクシーが捉まらなかった。今回出発が早朝のせいもあるが、地下鉄駅のある人民北路まで歩かなくてはタクシーを拾えなかった。コップ類が紙コップで貧相な感じがしましたが、プラスチックの袋入りで衛生的ではあります。
