We liked having the sink in the bathroom with the toilet. The welcome drink was a nice perk. The room was spacious. There seemed to be smoking everywhere, though our room did not smell like smoke. It was about a 15 min walk from a metro line but there wasn’t really anything in the area.

Spacious, clean room. The staff did not speak English. As I don't use elevators, it was very difficult to get assistance in accessing the stairs. The breakfast was disappointing and well below expectations. The foosball table on the fourth floor had no ball, and there were cockroaches in the area. Additionally, all the signs in the laundry room were only in Chinese, which made it difficult to use the facilities.

Not the cleanest. You could smell cigarette smoke in the room. Staff does not speak the greatest English and very quite unfriendly.

Staff is friendly, room is clean Some customers are smoking at lobby, corridors, hotel restaurant and lift, so bad Breakfast is so so, not much choices, serving the same food every morning, no coffee machine, too bad for me, a coffee lover ?

The whole hotel. The reception is very supportive. Breakfast is ample. The room is very huge Nothing. Maybe only add some variation with the breakfast food :)

Horrible horrible, . 1. Water leaking under the sink 2. At breakfast the food is a disaster, never got back the next day. Unhealthy food. 3. No towels, I had to ask for. 4. One elevator could not go to 2nd floor for breakfast at first. 5. Will never go back ever again.

The hotel room size is big enough to accommodate me comfortably and also meets the expectations of the money value. It is convenient to be within the city, and every shop for shopping is just around the corner. I am okay with the facility, but the pictures of the hotel room are misleading, which makes the room appear very spacious. However, in reality, the room size is not as big as it seems in their hotel photos.

The location is fine, few minutes by taxi from the most of the hot spots of the city centre. The structure by itself would not even be bad, but the maintenance is very poor. The reception desk was kind and helpful. I forgot something in my room and the immediately called me. Top. Breakfast without options for westners. Cleaning service nothing but essential. I personally saw the cleaning lady washing the cup I used for my coffee in the sink of the restroom, using only water and with bare hands. Advertising of adult services have been put under my door: embarrassing.

Clean, comfortable, friendly stuff , laundry room. Comfortable mattress and good bedding. Front Desk does not speak English. The breakfast is mainly designed for local guests. And does not really cater to international tourist.

The staff was nice and could even speak English. The breakfast was good, but typical Chinese. The room was small but had everything needed. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby. The location was about 10 minutes walk from the next subway and the room was a bit small.

Smoking smell in the lobby and in the floors. It is allowed to smoke in the lobby.
