Excellent location, close to airport Informed by attendant there's no breakfast for booking.com customers. Nearest restaurant is Sangeeta which is 5.mins walking distance away.

The location is excellent, right on the Santhome high road. Also close to Mylapore. The interior can be painted to remove stains on walls.

Clean room and helpful staff. Room had AC and fan, and bathroom was clean too. It’s a bit hard to find. You need to enter the building and go to the first floor to find the reception.

Checking out 1 day earlier, even if it was paid for. I've travelled the world, 4th month in India and this has to be the dirtiest most unhygienic place ever. Stains on the sheets, squashed insects against the wall. Severe dirt marks on the walls. Bins that won't open because they are rusted shut.There is no view apart from rubbish in the lane. The stench of tobacco smoke as you enter the room. The photos are false and do not represent the actual rooms. The staff are unfriendly and not caring. They do not answer messages and their phone number is not correct, it's not answered. They are intent on watching sport on TV instead of cleaning or talking with customers. We did not get 1 word out of them apart from the checkin which was done in a surly manner. Breakfast was included, but not honoured by them. Seems to be a practice by them when viewing other reviews. Probably did us a favor considering the unhygienic conditions. The traffic noise is unbearable until very late at night. The TV down the corridor starts loud at 7am and continues late into the night.On checking in to our room I noticed the TV and was assured it would be OK. It wasn't. I believe their rating on booking.com is false Look at the number of 10/10 they get. Most are in clumps on the same date, with no comments left. Their rating would be severely lower than 6/10. No wonder they bombard you with pay now messages prior to arrival No one would happily pay and stay if they saw the conditions. Booking.com, I am amazed you allow this place on.your site.

Just the location and nothing else. It wasnt worth the money. The place doesnt have a lift. Has a huge pillar in the middle of the room and is greatly lacking facilities. The staff seem to be so adamant on getting the money for their place before even checking into it.

There was no breakfast at the location as claimed . The receptionist demanded all the money before one checked in. his credit card machine wad not working so it was horrible entry .the pics are all photoshopped and not the actual place
