breakfast is good, but the last date, seem like didn't prepare enough for all guest. The location is also good and walk distance from shopping area Nothing much, just only about cleaning that housekeeping didn't clean my room everyday

Bathroom had a sewer smell, was told at reception that there was no laundry service but the room had a laundry bag. We had to leave at 07:00 and breakfast started at 07:30 - unfortunately no chance to have an early breakfast. The doorman who helps with bags expects payment for loading bags into the lift. We don't mind tipping but it's unbecoming to be forced into paying (on arrival and also on leaving). On leaving, the man waited next to our taxi until he was paid. Left a sour taste of the hotel. On the whole, a modest hotel with good location and standard rooms. Poor sound proofing in rooms - all neighbours in the hallways audible.

The only persons who did a decent job and were very respectful - the 2 bell boys and the staff at the breakfast place. The high handedness of the Manager and the staff. The location wasnot really as described. it is a walk to the shopping area. Inflexible. failing to listen to customers.
