Hot water showers, staff, location to the airport. Room service meals. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get rubbish remover each day until we asked, had to buy our own water daily and room was not serviced. Maybe request a room away from the stairs and noisy people Coming and going wake you up (not the hotels fault).

Large enought a room! The bed was excellent, and I must say, after 7 days/nights in Tamil Nadu, beds are always excellent. Some people seem to complain they are too hard or too soft, but I say, having sometimes slept on steel-hard beds e.g. in China, here in TN, the softenss is optimal. And great size - you can sleep sideways! :) The location was great from the airport but amazingly, no less than half an hour from downtown, So you have the glass half full - if you need to get to the airport early, stay here! Moreover, the initially chaotic looking like 200 businesses around do include at least a dozen very competitive tasty if basic restaurants, so you can always fall back on these. I did not manage to research during one night stay better concentrations of restaurants in downtown area. They also booked a reasonably priced car to Mamallapuram (1600 INR if I remember correctly) - this was on Jan 29, 2025, about. No real windows with outside view - but again, I haven´t had those in India so far. What is it? Importantly, I cannot say anything really negative.
