Nothing to like here, simply waste. there is no actual building for KS residency and they have local lodges contact, if you book any room from online they will simply confirm room, when you reach the location they will redirect you to some where nearby lodges and they will simply say that it maps error. worst feeling ever, please try to remove this kind listing from the app for better staying. also they will charge extra money more than what they mention in the app. also they don't give you any taxed bill but they will collect tax and GST something.

No likes No idea to share any one ..it's like Rs.100 rupees local bus stand room .. Everything should be bad . Apps will show some photos but the inside of the room is totally different . No hot water drink local things, everything inside . 3 or more different properties and names also different but only one property different images. It's a very scam they people doing like this

I strongly regret the booking made on RS residency. I strongly suggest to block such scam team from booking.com because we had bad experience that there is no such hotel facility called ‘RS residency’ in the location and instead called a worst and horrible home stay called ARM residency. We feel and safe and trapped on this facility. Kindly do needful action and others will not be trapped. I totally not recommend to keep in booking.com because your portal is a reputed world wide and trustworthy.
