The rooms had no sunlight, had bad stench and dirty sheets and room not clean

They say breakfast is included in the room rent, but the time is fixed from 8 to 10 AM.. but if the entire hotel is booked and majority of customers wants to leave early.. they do not even entertain for at least 10 to 15 minutes early.

It had AC and fan options Location was not good. Only one or two people spoke Tamil and English. Hard to communicate, find good food. The surrounding smelled so horrible. The mosquitos were relentless outside and inside the hotel rooms.

Even if it showed as a twin bed booking on arriving they didn't offer a twin bed and forced to either check for another hotel or book a seperate room there itself.

Liked: Staff very cooperative & supportive; they were very responsive. Especially the staff at the front desk, and the housestaff. Did not like: 1. The facility: claimed to be a 3 star hotel. The facilities clearly fall short. Will not stand up to any proper audit. At most a 1 star hotel, if that. 2. The buffet breakfast. For one, for a 3 star hotel that it claims to be, the options were very very limited. Secondly, the staff in the cafeteria were not letting us (for the most part) take the food ourselves, but asking us to be seated and they would serve us, we just needed to tell them what we wanted to have... hello, since when are customers in hotels asked to stay away from the buffet breakfast counters?? Being a diabetic, I was staying away from idlis. I wanted to have my breakfast only with vadas. The vadas were of the miniature variety. After I had 6 (bear in mind that those 6 miniature vadas were all I had for breakfast), and I asked for more, what I was told was :: Sorry sir, aap ko aur vada nahin de sakte.. vada itna hi hai, aur bhi to guests hai [.. we can't give you more vadas, we have only these vadas, and other guests are also there]. I was stunned ... in all my 50 years, I have never seen customers being prevented from taking the food themselves, and worse, being told - you cannot have more of this food. Is this how a hotel treats its customers ??????
