Staff which I saw first time

Nothing Very poor maintenance. The bed has bedbugs, and there were cockroaches roaming around the food in the room

The bed was very comfortable, the room lighting was very nice and even the bed sheets were very clean. The AC worked quite well as it is necessary in Chennai at this time of the year. There are no windows in the room but if ur interest is not the scenery and stuff it won't bother u much as u won't feel claustrophobic or anything. The supplies given in the room were adequate for a 2-3 days stay and u can always ask for more from the staff. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, I asked them to provide me with some details about the cab services but they failed to do so over the 3 day period. Plus the size of some rooms are very small, the bed basically covers the whole room and there isn't much space to walk or even keep luggage, the ventilation in the washroom/bathroom is very bad and it's always very hot.

The location of the hotel is well suited to my requirements and the staff is really pleasant and co-operative in assisting. Honestly nothing

The room was tiny, Considering the size of the room, it was huge expensive. there was no restaurant facilities but they provided breakfast facilities and that for a charge. It was not value for money.

Tiles & fittings. Lift was off. Room was too small. Didn’t keep the commitment on providing desired room.
