Room was not in a good condition, especially toilet. Tub looked like aged, full of scratches and marks. Fridge was not working. No dental kit for two persons. Looked too cheap for the price paid.

only thing good were the staffs. They were very helpful & courteous The room was very average, absolutely not maintained. Bathroom had a drainage problem and totally not up to the standard. The rooms need renovation.

Poor in terms of Hygiene and Hospitality- which is the essence of hotel. Bad room service - Worst and Unpolite reception. Not worth the rating or even Hospitality. Despite pre-information- room not arranged, 3rd bed not placed. The bed sheets/covers were unhygienic, and not fresh. Poor response time- if an issue is raised in the morning - staff will not turn until evening or only after called up again

Nothing Room smelled due to dampness, bed were very hard Ac control was not working properly I checked in morning 6am and no one asked me why are you checking out early as you have booked for 2 days bcoz staff also knows why

Tho location and the basic facilities The toilet flush was dysfunctional. The property was going through some maintenance issues and we didn’t get water supply from 11am - 5pm. We weren’t informed about it prior.
