A special thanks to Trisa from the Front Office, who made my arrival and stay even more memorable. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to assist with everything made a wonderful first impression. She truly represents the excellent hospitality standards of Pullman. The Housekeeping team did an outstanding job of keeping my room spotless, fresh, and comfortable throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was remarkable. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, with an excellent variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. The restaurant staff were courteous, attentive, and always served with a smile. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire management team and all the staff for their dedication and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience. Their teamwork and passion for hospitality are clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel. Pullman Chennai is truly one of the finest hotels I have stayed at. They can improve the quality of food. Certain main items in buffet was not upto the standard. Non smoking hotel, so have to come out everytime if you want to smoke.

Breakfast was superb. Staff were very friendly. Rohit is managing the area so well. Some of the staff assisted us were excellent and have great customer service skills. Always working hard and and making sure the customers are looked after A few staff names to mention Sreelekha, Rupa and Poplash and the others. Ankit manages the reception area very well and the treatment we received by the staff was exceptional. He has a great potential to grow in this industry.Rooms are very clean. Laundry service was great but expensive. Small Room size - price is higher compare to the other hotels No hooks to hang towel - so many reviews mentioned about it but nothing has been done, Flow of shower drains

Breakfast was good, a decent variety of dishes, and a nice doorman The room was small, the bathroom was tiny, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was of poor quality, the housekeeping staff folded the blanket in a very haphazard and messy way, the pillows were not firm, and the air conditioning was not cold enough—even after adjusting the temperature, it was still very warm. We are paying TOP DOLLAR to stay with you, even for a few days, so make the room bigger so that everyone in a family can feel comfortable. In my email interactions with the hotel, Why is the male gender pronoun included? Is it not obvious that this is a female name? Do impart some fundamental email etiquette to your employees!
