staff are good, overall stay is goof

okay location, not a bad place to stay if your options are limited. - old towels and sheets - rooms need to be refreshed - bathroom not very clean - better value for the money in other places

There are limited parking in the hotel driveway Room is slightly small but adequate, very comfortable with good functioning AC, fan and ample hot shower. There are decent amenities like tea kettle, plush towels, and blanket in the room. Nearby are numerous shops but cannot comment on restaurants as I had meals earlier in the day. Staff is welcoming but I did not require much from them. Overall, good value for brief stay in Chennai None

AJITH in reception went ‘above and beyond’ to make certain I was comfortable. She was so kind and caring… EXCEPTIONAL hospitality. The owner was also kind. No screen on my window. NOT a “big deal” and I never brought this to anyone’s attention bc EVERYTHING else was superlative.

Nothing major to mention, cleaning of bathroom could be better if I am being a bit picky.

Courteousness and cooperation of staff. They listen, and was willing to go that extra mile to keep us comfortable. I had multiple room bookings and they addressed an unexpected cancellation gracefully, even when they had an option to refuse it. Never experienced such customer friendliness before. Their professionalism is outstanding. The infrastructure is either new or recently renovated. The corridors, rooms, bathrooms etc are clean and well maintained. The on-premise restaurant is a pleasant one to dine. We had traditional food for lunch and breakfast and that was very good. Overall, we felt very comfortable and at home. Parking space is available right at the porch area is limited to 6 or 7 cars. Better inform them during reservation that you need parking space. Their staff will help you to manage the parking.

This is a really nice and clean hotel in the heart of west Mambalam. Ms Aruna is very accommodating and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful. Sometimes, there are communication issues like with hotel breakfast or ordering coffee which was solved upon informing Ms Aruna. The hotel is very clean and if we request for something, they will try their best to accommodate us. I liked the availability of a paid laundry service which was quite convenient. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide reusable and refillable drinking water bottles or jugs instead of single use water bottles to be more sustainable. I used to refill my own water bottles from the hotel on floor 1. 2. Purchase more hair dryers, so that all guests have access to it rather than passing around a single hair dryer around the hotel. 3. Communication between the hotel and the restaurant needs to be clearer as there seemed to be some miscommunications and different procedures for coffee and breakfast on different days.
