It's a simple 3star hotel that has good rooms. 15-20 minutes drive from the airport makes it a convenient transit hotel. Resonably good breakfast. So you don't really need anything else for a quick over night stay. 01. Rooftop pool area was a mess, unclean and water puddles all over. 02. Corridors of floors where rooms are located need to be cleaned and carpets vaxcumed. It was really dusty, sandy and dirty.

Near main road with easy access to App based taxis. Room on top floor. Spacious. Quiet due to sound proofing. Good water flow in bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Stopover from midnight to next afternoon so did not notice anything we did not like.

Travelled with Kid. Most expected is staff support and we got. Room size is good. Facilities also good. Timing to swimming pool should be informed somewhere before booking. its 7AM to 2PM and after that swimming classes were going.

They have started to charge for plates when you order food from outside. I have not seen Oyo hotels or upar hotels, or Radisson blue hotels charge for a plate when you request empty plate to your room for eating. They already have a high room tariff, and said management change has resulted in plates being charged at 150 per plate, and you are to pay for each time you ask for a plate. Also, while it makes you settle for the food at the hotel, it's NOT GOOD now. It used to be good previously but I hated the quality and taste of food this time, and I've been a repeated customer for years across chennai and coimbatore. This was the worst experience at Zone. Staff also was not courteous in responding to us.

The hotel was located in a convenient location with amenities close by.. the rooms were quite spacious and the service was excellent from front desk receptionist to house keeping .. I had the nost relaxed and stress free stay ,all my requests were handled with friendly and professional manner . Special mention to front desk receptionist Mr. Pandiyan and Mr.Akil who provided the best customer service whenever approached . Zone by the park is a must stay for everyone who wants best and comfortable stay on Chennai.. all the best to the team

I checked in in the early hours of the day/middle of the night without any problem. That says so much. And I was expected! Good buffet breakfast! No negative comments.

Location near the Airport Floor were sticky and few rooms had smoke smell. Restaurant was not available for dinner, most likely there was a private function going on. Though in room dining was available
