the location is fine. Overall experience is really bad. the reception staff's were so arrogant and so unprofessional. The cleanliness in the room was not up to the mark. the bed spreads were not very clean, there were hairs on the bed. there was no shower gel provided.

nothing heater not working. location was pathetic. you cannot park your car. can't even reach hotel in car. need to park in main road and walk with your luggage. no room service. hotel is in a small street or lane. cost is too much. but no soaps, shampoos. unclean towels. worst pillows. heater is there but not working. no response from the staff. reception is waste and useless. whatever you say they don't bother.breakfast is pathetic. no taste. no variety. overall don't book this hotel. you will suffer a lot.

Room and toilet were clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful Free wifi & TV Breakfast is very good Location is not good. Not the family or kids friendly location. But Ok for single traveler.

I stayed (B3 - 21-23Jul) there but I'm not happy because of below reason : - Location is not familiar with anyone , even OLA taxi because of multiple hotels in similar name. I paid double charges in first day because of this. - I stayed 2 days but no one cleaned my room in my entire stay. - Some of the staff like Assamese boy (I think Goal) is very friendly and helpful. Generally, no one doesn't know what is custoner service I came for a treatment purpose, I was planning to stay 6 days, luckily paid only for 2 days because of new name. I checked out today morning around 9am and moved to Palette-hotel Chennai Le Palace for remaining days.
