Location was good and the amenities in the room were decent The floor was sticky for some reason, we had hidden charges for early checkin which was never mentioned on booking.com, breakfast spread was disappointing

The room and bathroom was dirty. Basic cleanliness and needs was not provided. Every small thing like tissue paper also was given after asking for it. They must focus on better service, staff grooming, clean rooms, bathroom, cutlery and tables at breakfast counter must be clean.

The location was quite accessible. The room with a single master bed...there should be more space inside the room

Room was very neat and minimalistic. It could have had natural light. Also the location on Google maps is wrong, so I had to walk a bit with my bags. It's just a few metres but they could change the location to make life easier for guests.

Nothing The rooms were too small from the photos shown which was deceiving and there was no ventilation. The bathrooms were dirty, and very small beds. The food will be available after fighting with the staff even when we arrive within the time limit. We literally stayed in a dungeon for 13k. A horrible experience won't recommend to anyone. When I had bought these complaints to the treebo customer care, they gave zero fcuks and gave a plain statement of sorry. Sorry for what??giving crappy facilities and minting money??
