Manager Mr Suresh was helpful we reach hotel at 2.30pm he though they don't have restaurant he provide us lunch .

The room condition was very disappointing. The walls were damaged with plaster falling off, the room was dirty, and there were numerous mosquitoes. No towels, no water bottles, and no basic amenities were provided in the room. Overall, my stay was highly unsatisfactory, and I will never visit this property again.

The staff member named Vijay was coarse and unprofessional. He is not fit to work in the hotel field. He charged us more than the room price for a late checkout. When we called to get a breakup of the amount that we paid, he was very upset and did not give an explanation and disconnected the call. He did not provide the receipt for the amount that we paid at the hotel. We called a couple of times, but there was no positive response. He kept saying that the one room had been vacated, but they stayed in the other room. The two people who checked out stayed in the other room for just a couple of hours. Whatever amount he charged, we do not have any problem with that, but why the staff is refusing to provide hotel bill and receipt of the payment. It's cheating.

Please provide Two towels for double occupancy.. single towel only placed in the double bed room.. As per request they provide... Good co-operation staff.. The manager handling the guest is excellent.. Kudos to the entire team ???
