Room size. Plenty of storage space. The smell of air freshener was very strong and unbearable. The windows face a wall 50 cm away, meaning there's no natural light. Stains on bed linen

Quality/Price ratio higher than the average in India. Super clean and nice facilities. Location close to metro and main avenue for food and beverage. Quiet street for India but slightly unclean due to the mechanic shops nearby.

Comfortable hotel and excellent staff

The room is big and clean.i feel so comfortable to stay here. Need to order food to deliver to the room. Can walk to the nearby restaurants, not far. But outside of hotel most of shops are for car repairs or car parts. Not for us tourists want to shopping clothes or something. ?

Room size and amenities. The only missing item was a mini refrigerator. However, the staff let me use their service refrigerator for my use. Attentive front desk. Good communication. Great location for tourists.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were incredibly hard and mattress felt non existent. Location isn’t ideal; the hotel is in the middle of an auto service district.

I absolutely loved the facility. The managers and the two young, hardworking staff members were always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. It was a quiet place, free from noise, making it a great option for families or individuals. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a mall and a hospital. Overall, everything was wonderful. I don’t believe this is a facility issue. There are high levels of mosquito infestations in Chennai, which are very noticeable in the room. It is highly recommended to borrow mosquito repellent from the reception.

The property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are large with updated interior.

Modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again. The location is a bit unorthodox, but you'll be taking a tuk tuk to the sites regardless of where you stay. There is a very good restaurant a block or so away.

We were very happy to see freshly-washed towels and bed linen, and a clean bathroom (most hotels in this price range disappoint on this front). The hotel is a 6-minute drive from the US consulate, which was very convenient for us. Just a minor snag with the toilet flush; the pressure was high, and at times the water splashed out when flushed. The manager agreed to get it fixed when we informed him of this while checking out.

The neightborhood might be a little bit too busy for people that wants to have a walk or something, but the building itself is very quiet and neat.
