Nothing I was denined to get room based on the price shown in booking.com ..... Then they forcefully made me pay 1800 just for 1 night ... Since i arrived at 8pm i had no other choice

Nothing. Yesterday had a terrible experience in this place. There was no power(current) for 2 hours and the generator failed to kick in. And the management had no idea when the power will be back. I had to leave the place abruptly and when I requested to refund atleast half of the money I paid, they said there is no refund. It was a horrible experience. Plus they are charging more than the amount mentioned. It was mentioned as Rs. 660/-. The hotel is actually charging Rs. 800/-.
