Greens Suite - Business Class Hotel - Opposite Ripon Building

prices are too hight as compared to comfort the picture shows different than reality.

I havn't take breakfast. Location is good but the lane is dirty. The lane to the hotel is dirty but it is not in the hand of this property.

Hi level of service for the price. High level of staffing for number of rooms. Breakfast was included but not advertised. Room service was at cost and in partnership with niegherhood business. Keep in mind that this an Indian hotel your room will look better on the inside. Westerners would call this street ally way except other hotels and shops and line these little streets with mostly 2 wheeler traffic.

Very clean hotel tucked away down a quiet street five minutes walk from the train station. We received a very warm welcome from the reception team who were very helpful and informative. They invited us to inspect multiple rooms and allowed us to choose our favourite. Our room was very clean with icy aircon, comfortable bed, tv with English language channels and a hot shower with toiletries provided. Each time we passed reception they checked with us that everything was ok. On check out at 4am the receptionist managed to secure us a tuk tuk to the station despite the torrential rain and no availability on Uber which was appreciated. Highly recommended for tourists.

The staff were so nice. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful. We checked out a day early as our flight to Sri Lanka changed and they offered to refund us. The room was spacious and had a desk if you wanted to work. Also felt very secure and safe with cameras in the corridors. They gave us a large bottle of water every day. Chennai is quite loud and you can't really escape from that and it looked a bit more run down than the photos. But wasn't an issue

Room size is very apt for solo travelers. rooms are very clean and comfortable. i did not like the memory foam pillows. they gave me normal foam pillows - quality is some what okay. toilets need some more cleaning. i saw stains all over the place . may be construction material , not removed fully. break fast is not good. i tried from Murugan idly. pathetic. then next day i tried A2B which is awful. never ever go to A2B which is 300m from Green Suite/Estate. I think you shoud try to fund better hotels nearby or may be a hygienic mess that could deliver food with dubbas with hot idly sambar or rice etc.,

Location was good closer to central station. That’s the only positive thing. Noisy not so clean too much micro management from the staff. Too many staff at the reception and cheap attitude and constantly watching you and you don’t feel welcome. Unclean and not very good. I will not stay here again.

I liked everything about the hotel, the staff and they were polite. The only problem i had was the street in which the hotel was located.
