Guest house people refused to admit for the booking and asked for extra charges. , even though before reaching to the site when called them to check for confirmation of booking, they agreed but after reaching started saying different version and different price. Why this kind of fraud is going on. Is the platform which they r using is also involved .very bad. Was thinking of going to consumer court for both portal and hotel for this sequence of events.

Actually I didn't stay that room, I was paid rent through online once I reached CN GUEST HOUSE the staff asking extra 500 to allow inside then I complaint to customer service about that after that they said there is no room available in that house but there is lot of room available, he is asking money if I gave money to him they will allow, after that I found myself some other hotel nearby at midnight 2'o clock the CN GUEST HOUSE staff behaviour was very bad .
