The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room I originally booked was not available so they gave us another room which was in the uppermost floor although the room they gave was good but it was not the one I paid for.

Even though booking was confirmed the staff didn't allot any room and said it was not confirmed, they refused my confirmation when I showed them the confirmed status in the app, too arrogant on phone and in person at the hotel and told me to book another room with a higher tariff

We chose this location to be near to our friends who live within a few blocks of the hotel. We also wanted to be able to easily walk to the beach. The rooms were not ready when we arrived. They were not clean. They did not appear like the images in the photos. It all seemed quite run down. Our group was so disappointed that more than 50% of the group went off to stay at the Holiday Inn. The communication before our arrival was not good. No Booking.com messages were replied to. We reached out on What's App, but that also was not successful. We chose this hotel based on the location - it was very convenient to be near to our local friends. We also thought the photos looked a lot more inviting.

1. Location is in walkable distance to beach and church 2. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and neat 3. Staff was very friendly 1. Infrastructure like including a clock or towel holder could have been done

Ntg for other state guest also they have to ask age , people from different places are coming to beach and other areas they don't expect that you will put age criteria to provide accommodation
