Nothing Ac was not at working. They don't have dining area. Staff were not professional. Bathroom was not at cleaned. Heater was broken.

I'll give a good rating for the comfort and facilities. This was my 2nd booking with Sekaran Hotel. But this time I had issues getting a room. I was supposed to reach the hotel early morning and had made an inquiry regarding the same. The receptionist informed me to come anyways and confirmed that they would provide me with a room though I had the booking starting from 12 pm. But when I reached the hotel, they denied me a stay and I had to book another hotel room in haste.

Nothing was there to like about. It was a horrible experience while staying there. The booking was for 2800 rs and we arrived there at night at 10:00pm. They alotted us in a horrible room with two single beds on the top floor, it was humid the beds were very small and the cupboard door was broken. When we asked for an alternate room with bigger bed they refused us and said they don't allow couples to stay there, we were fortunate enough that they are letting us stay there. As we were tired already we had no energy to look for another hotel so we decided to stay there. After reaching room we found the beds were very dirty, towels were rock solid and dirty. There were no telephones to call the hotel frontdesk so we had to call them from our mobile phones for assistance but nobody recieved. We had some work pending and we had to log in to our laptops but again we couldn't reach them for wifi password. We couldn't sleep all night because of the humid condition of the room, no proper fan and very old ac. It was such and horrible experience that we faced. I hope nobody has to suffer again like us by staying here.
