Dining services were satisfactory—clean, organized, hygienic, and well-prepared, with food quality meeting expectations. However, a serious and unacceptable lapse occurred in service behavior, specifically involving Mr. Riyas, whose lethargic attitude, lack of urgency, and unprofessional handling of a time-critical request caused significant inconvenience. Due to his inaction and failure to respond responsibly, I missed my scheduled flight, resulting in stress, disruption, and financial loss. This incident reflects a concerning lack of accountability and time sensitivity that does not align with basic hospitality standards. While most staff members demonstrated courtesy and professionalism, this particular experience severely impacted an otherwise positive stay. Such negligence can have serious consequences for travelers, especially business guests and those with fixed travel schedules. .

We took first a suite room which is equal to a star room class! Absolutely stunned with room size, cleanliness, very spacious, smart tv, free wifi, sound proof all positive of the room - Property location is very very bad, you cant walkout in the evening/ night, very bad urine smell, disgusting garbages, drinkers around. - Rooms will not be cleaned until you checkout - No amenities
