The young lady at the front desk was amazing. Offered to let me park my motorcycle under the front awning so it would be in the shade. This was our first time staying in Cherokee, usually stay around Townsend or Tellico Plains Tennessee but we will 100% be back next time we travel down that way. Nice quiet location away from the main strip, but close enough that we could walk to a few places.

I love the location of this facility. It is always clean and quiet. I like the location in a clean and safe area of Cherokee. Th office states that someone is on duty 24 hours. However, during our last 2 visits that has proven to be inaccurate. A sign will be on the door stating someone will be back in 5 minutes and that turns into 30 minutes or hours. If they hire persons to work that shift then fulfill that statement. I find this is quite inaccurate. If you need a receipt you are totally out of luck in early morning hours.
