The room door did not latch. The floor was dirty and room unprepared. The staff impersonated the manager in order to avoid a refund. Stay away.

Book something else. This place is full of long term tenants that are down on their luck.

Absolutely nothing. The front desk associate was extremely nice. This place is stink and filthy. It's definitely not for travelers looking for something decent for a good night sleep. We didn't even stay it smelled so bad. Everything from the smell on the elevators, to the filthy carpet was a stomach turn, but when we opened the room door the odor was horrendous. We walked back downstairs and checked out. There was no way we could stay.

The hotel is dirty and disgusting. The first room I was given, didn’t have window blinds on it or a door knob on the bathroom and the drywall was covered in patches from repairs. I went down and talked to the receptionist who told me the first time that the only rooms that were available were on the fourth floor. But when I complained about the fourth floor room, all of a sudden there was a second floor room available. I was given this room only to find bugs in the bathroom no door knob on the bathroom door, no light on the bed stand. I almost went and stayed in my truck for the evening. I don’t know how a company like this could possibly allow a hotel to be in the condition that it was. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. When I arrived, I immediately thought I was in the wrong room. It was filthy smelt like cigarettes and had hair all over the place. I went down to the front desk and was then informed that the cleaners refused to show up for work that day and there was no other room to put me in besides the smoke room, which had a broken smoke alarm by the way. Mind you, I booked a one bed smokeless room and that is not what I received I debated long and hard to sleep in my car but of course there is a non-refundable policy they make you sign so thankfully I had an air mattress because there was no way I was sleeping in that bed.

Wants everyone who goes on the room to have a id and theyvwant to photo copy it

That the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The hotel smelled old and stale. The room stove was old the whole set up, the bed the stove the carpet.The front desk assistant had her baby up front with her. Had to call the cell phone if you needed anything because apparently she lived in one of the hotel rooms with her 5 other kids that she was telling someone. My son got bit by something. He had a big bite mark on his leg. No breakfast No pool. I would never stay there, nor recommend. I spent $349 for two nights that I could not cancel and then when I booked my room I reserved a mon smoking, she tells me she had to switch me to a smoking room! Just an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE

We stayed 2 nights at either end of a week at NC beaches. The location proximity to airport was a plus, but would not recommend this place at all. 2 police cars responding to disturbances at "hotel" on each of our nights, wet clammy floors, ridiculously poor paint jobs, missing door handle in bathroom, etc....... pretty awful

The room was clean and the place was very nice. Staff were very friendly.
