Having driven from Chamberlain , South Dakota , all the way to St. Louis / Chesterfield and exhausted , the hotel’s front desk and entire staff were very accommodating and helpful. Hyatt being Hyatt it never fails to live up to its name and reputation . Highly recommended !!! Bekure from Ethiopia

From checking in to checking out - the staff & property was amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful and the hotel was very clean. We have stayed at this location multiple times during our visits to the area and never have had any negative experiences or issues. Definitely recommend.

The room had a mini refrigerator, although there was no microwave, which would have been a nice addition. The parking was a good size, especially for guests who prefer to park in the garage. I also liked that the hotel has a small restaurant and bar available on-site, which was convenient. The breakfast was alright overall—not bad, but there was definitely room for improvement. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

Could not say enough amazing things about the staff here. Stayed for 3 days with 3 kids and they were a handful but everyone from the front desk to the food staff to the housekeeping was above and beyond friendly and helpful. This was maybe my best hotel room experience ever. No real complaints. If you’re going for STL, everything is about 20 minutes away but that’s the only thing.

Our room was super clean and the bed was comfy! The staff treated us with their bubbly personalities and were very helpful at explaining everything. We did not eat breakfast as we headed out early but the breakfast area was very busy! Thanks for your hospitality and making everything so easy from check in to check out.

I don’t usually leave reviews but feel very inclined to do so simply because of the staff at the hotel!! Aaron (i think her name is) was beyond helpful and super kind!! Not only did she remember my name but she made my whole night with her presence. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was amazing and the fact that it is an animal friendly hotel just makes this the highest rating I’d give a hotel!

There wasn't a hot tub and the pool was tiny and cold. Staff were very friendly. But I'd give it a 7/10 stay at the Drury Inn next door instead.
