B&B HOTEL Orly Chevilly Marché International

I have to say that the stuff and especially the manager madam Axelle made the difference. They were so helpful and kind and gentle and made our staying there a really happy experience. Rooms were very nice, cleaning and extra towels were provided on demand, breakfast was good, and a large parking place aside. Surely it is a value for money very good choice for someone visiting Paris, especially if he arrives at Orly Airport. The quite fast M14 Metro line connects the neighbourhood with the center of the city in 20 minutes tops. Also whwn reception is not open you can check in electronically by the door computer system which gives the code toy enter The only thing that could be iproved is this. When we arrived at noon, the auto check-in system was down due to internet problems, so I contacted the central B&B customer service and they sent me a link and I did the check-in on-line through my phone. I think that they should send this link in advance of our arriving, so we could save much more time.

The bathroom had no vent and thus smelled strongly like sewage. There was also just an open pipe in the corner of the toilet that I cut myself severely on. I had to get stitches to close the wound. In addition, I was in the handicap unit which should take these things into account. I'm sure this is very specific to that room and other trooms are better

The place was nice and cozy, but we couldn’t sleep during the day so much noise and they kept waking us up either for randoms stuffs so we didn’t have time to rest properly Not flexible on checking out time

There is a beautiful cute girl at the reception who is very kind and helped me by giving me directions. She was a lifesaver.

The room was clean and spacious. I bought coffee and water from vending machines, prices were normal. The hotel is close to Orly airport. The staff was very polite and supportive. If you are looking for a nice hotel which is close to the Orly, this should be your nr1. -

Very clean and with a free parking! Not far from the airport etc... Good breakfast. All good for me! Fixing water evacuation in the shower, it gets clogged then water starts to go out to the bathroom.

I paid for the property on booking.com. When I arrived at the property it was after hours and there were no employees there. The property charged me a second time so I double paid. I asked for the double charge to be refunded and several days later no one has responded or acknowledged the request. My credit card was charged twice!

Very close to the airport

The room is too small for two people. There is no room for luggages.

I was disturbed several times by neighbors in the next room smoking and being very loud. The receptionist spoke to them once but went off duty at 9 pm with no staff on the premises overnight. I had to knock on the neighbor's door in the middle of the night and ask them to stop smoking and shouting.
