Luxury Inn

Not much. Extremely dirty.

Not super far away from everything. It was not super clean. We slept on top of the covers and went to Target to buy a clean blanket. It also smelled like smoke. They also say no pets but a cat was in the window when we arrived and a dog was running above our room all night.

Decent sized refrigerator. Every piece of upholstery in the room was stained. Furnature was 1980's scratch and dent. Stains on walls and ceilings. Parking lot was overgrown and grubby. Passed up cheaper hotels because this was rated higher. It was NOT worth the $$$.

Needs to be renovated.

It was a good comfortable stay. Nothing to report here.

They need to clean the rooms, and check before they assign people to them. People in out room all night long, window screen looked as though someone tried to break in. Air conditioner is lacking. Never again. The water pressure in shower, after Granddaughter was able to get turned on. Not good for those older

The staff was nice and accommodating when we had to cancel our stay. The room was filthy. There were crumbs all over the floor, and it stunk immediately upon entering. We checked for the source of the smell, and found dirty socks and moldy food under the bed. Knowing the biohazards caused by mold, along with my mold allergy, we could not comfortably stay there. We ended up getting a refund and staying at another hotel for the night.

The people in the room next to me were very noisy between 5 and 6AM. The hotel was very outdated.

Leaving. The room/lobby/hallway all needed cleaning. No way I was going to use the shower. Safety: The door had to be manhandled in order for the lock to really latch securely. The lighting of the room made everything have a "yellow glow" and was quite dim. The bedding was not tucked in at the bottom - just laid down on the bed -- I learned that after my first 'roll-over' when it all bunched up. Shared inside hallway allowed for a lot of noises through the night. The room air conditioner did work - but was old and sounded labored through the night. All in all, a place that I will remember negatively.

The receptionist was nice The place was filthy. Stained towels. The entire building looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Ever. Bathroom toilet filthy. Bathtub/shower dirty. Walls in entire room dirty. Rooms unswept. I stayed 1 night. Alone. Receptionist charged 15 for stolen towels. The towels were stained. Why would I steal. I took a shower the night of arrival. Took used towels to receptionist and received 1 bath towel. A hand towel. Washcloth. Nothing else. And they are accusing me of stealing. On tape per receptionist they have video of her walking in room and walking out with 3 towels. I was alive there so I only asked for 3 towels

Location Bed was hard as a rock. No breakfast whatsoever.not secure. All outside doors were propped open.

It was a convenient location. It wasn’t real clean. I found food on the floor and the shower curtain seemed dirty. There were stains on the bedding. Also, there were needed repairs that hadn’t been taken care of.

There was no dead bolt on the door so I just had to trust the door would stay locked.

the lobby was colder than outside and the TV in the room did not work at all
