Property didnot provide the Facilities as shown in booking.com, this is really pathetic Property didnot provide the Facilities as shown/advertised in booking.com, this is really pathetic and a false declaration harassed the customer,when u asked for it, no response , continuous reminders were given to operate the A/c, provide hot water, operate the TV, cleaning the window area as water was oozing inside the room due to rain, drinking water, if the customer doesn't get the facilities for which he/she had paid what's the use, this is the first time such harrasment happened with Indian hotels by booking through this site, we were also not able to cancel the booking as it was charging one day's tarrif. No options to cancel

The location was great, and close to the main temples and business district. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room, especially the bathroom, was exceptionally dirty and nothing like the photos displayed when I looked up the property. See attached photos from my actual room/bathroom. The staff were amazing. Once again, they couldn't do enough to help us. Charlie, in particular, was always there, always willing to assist. He really pushed the boat out to make our stay in Khajuraho a memorable one. The chef was also brilliant. A very happy and smiley bloke, who specially cooked us a dish of harabara khabab (but seriously overcharged us for them, unfortunately.) The hotel itself is one of the nicest we have stayed at in India. Well situated, with lots of trees, so you wake up to the sounds of birds. They arranged a trip to a National Park for us, where we actually saw a Tiger ?! Charlie took us on a ride in the hotel's brand new Tuk-tuk to see all the temples and also took us on a guided tour through the Old Town, where he lives. Nothing

I enjoyed my stay in Khajuraho At Ramayana. Got nice room with Windows as they upgrade my room due too of season many rooms free they have , location is perfect easy to walk to Temples, staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is good
