We liked that we had made a mistake with the reservation date and they welcomed us by changing the check-in date, the bed is spacious and the television is very good. The rooms are very narrow and smelly, and lack ventilation. The breakfast was disappointing and the spa prices were high. The relationship between price and services is not congruent.

The staff and the breakfast The bedroom with no ventilation. When we called before arriving they asked if we wanted a room with a window we said yes, of course, when we arrived to windowless room they told us we couldn’t move as the other rooms were booked but our car was the only one in the car park. They sensor in the bathroom was extremely annoying and inconvenient.

The property was very nice and the rooms were well kept. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I liked the property a lot, I just wish the rooms were slightly bigger and that breakfast lasted until 10am.

it was vey nice and comfortable, very spacious and nice looking. it was at an odd location with no parking space, a bit hard to get to especially with heavy traffic. But there were shopping places in walking distance which was nice.

Extraordinary boutique hotel. They thought of every detail to ensure a perfect stay. Top quality hotel. Beautiful decor. Super comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. This is THE hotel in Chia.

Centrally located in Chia, secure entry, and easy to get a taxi or Uber. Quiet despite being on a main road. Nothing. My stay at Casa Lua was one of the best overall and best value stays I’ve had anywhere.

Ruben and the boy from sunday night to monday morning were excellent hosts, always eager to help in any way possible. The water from the shower would spill into the toilet area and became really slippery in room 102.

Breakfast included, comfortable beds, SPA, Sauna and installations were great, friendly staff. Very small and noisy room, a lot of noise coming from outside, you could hear all the road traffic noise until late at night, the glass windows are thin so they don't seal the outside noise. The first room was very very small with one bed although it was advertised as a "double room", we moved to a larger room which was very comfortable but we paid the difference even though we had to spend 2 nights in the first small and noisy room waiting for a room to become available. I don't understand why they didn't give us another room in the inner area from the beginning when they know that this room they gave us is very noisy.

Very friendly and attentive staff No fire exits. Evacuation in case of emergency may be through a door that is often locked.
