The dinner was very expensive and the menu only had 4 items. The food wasn’t too good either and the buffet wasn’t what I expected to find in a 4-star hotel

It’s a grand hotel, that has suffered from a lack of investment, given its high standing the room was so cheap. The room hasn’t been updated since the 70s or 80s, so the bath room with pink sanitary ware was just about functional, bath with shower but no shower screen .

Beautiful view from the roof top swimming pool terace. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breafkast was very poor with limited selection of food. Overall this part of city is like a ghost town - many empty or closed hotels and restaurants. This does not help good experience with the hotel.

The reception and living area was grand Sadly the rooms and service was discussed. I believe the value for money was poor. Hard bed (double was 2 singles pushed together), NO DUET! I’ve asked reception for one as the aircon was left on so the room was very cold and in the evening the temperature really dropped. They looked at my like I was asking for the word and said is not possible. I got a blanket that was itchy and hard bed that felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was poor with cheap few selections, I’ve had some cereals and asked for them to be microwaved as they did mot have hot milk and cold really hurts my teeth. The woman gave me a dirty look and started talking to her friend about me. Disgusting service! Truly would like to forget this stay.

Spacious room, good breakfast buffet, clean, large lobby, good restaurant, possibity to rent bikes, coffee bar inside, close to tourist office. Furniture is very classic.

fine for one night, clean pool ( but very cold) old and dated hotel that seriously had better times but they are gone... but it is okay. Good parking, pool ( small but okay)
