I like how very helpful the staff was! I arrived late at night and was hungry so they made me a light snack even after the kitchen was closed. I needed to iron a dress and they didn’t have one

Very friendly staff, easy access with free parking. Good breakfast! Needs some renovation on the rooms decoration to be more modern but everything was in good condition and worked properly.

very kind staff and well located long way to the room and in the room you hear everything from the neighbors, very bad isolation. we had a very bad experience with the very noisy neighbors next door: vulgar, without education and not consideration at all. the staff was forced to call the carabinieri.

Great facilities, great spa in the hotel. Great service: they allowed us to check out 40 min later than expected, so that we could enjoy the spa and get ready. A bit old furniture but more than adequate for the price. It created a unique vibe, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing:)

Very friendly staff. Spa with several and new treatments. Fantastic experience. During the Christmas time they had a music band and a magic show that were excellent!!
