It was clean, comfortable and a great value for the price. All the basics were there, including a big mosquito net. The sheets and towels were very clean. Note that in the budget option no soap or shampoo were provided, but I had my own.

There is a nice (though cold) pool and a couple restaurants nearby. The walls are VERY thin…like woven mats essentially, so you will hear everything. It’s like our neighbors and the communal bathrooms were in the room with us. A rodent of some sort definitely was in the room wit us, though, as I heard it scrabbling around our luggage (it hid/froze when I turned a light on it, so I never saw it). Just had to zip things up tight and put in earplugs. Mosquito nets were riddled with holes

The room was comfortable, clean and with all you need for a relaxing stay. The toilet was not painted or tiled but it was big, with great shower. Also clean. The outdoor pool was big and clean, with chairs to sit or lie down, and all the gardens around where we'll taken care of. And finally, the price was very good for the quality of the place. The walls where thin or maybe because it is wooden... I don't know, but you could hear the people from the next room, but they weren't noisy and the rest of the place was peaceful. Some of the staff could be more informed about the plans and transportation options they offer at the front desk. Could be nice to have a kettle and some complementary tea and coffee in the room.

Stayed here for just one night before catching the slow boat to Laos. Pleasantly surprised by this place, great value for money. Stayed in a room with private bathroom. Basic but clean and comfortable with net around bed. The pool area was nice too and lovely trees etc surrounding. Right across from 7eleven Nothing :)

Great location. Swimming pool a real treat after a late border crossing. Staff accommodating. Rooms pleasant, although had a shared bathroom - clean enough. Only 700m to catch bus to Chang Ria..... I got what I paid for - very good budget accommodation

Loved it! Lovely staff and room and pool. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. The books they have you need to buy in stead of exchanging. And the taxi from the border to the slowboat (arranged by hotel) made me wait a long time for other people to arrive so I arrived at 09:39 so I had the worst seat on the boat. With 7:00 pickup at the hotel it would be nice if the second taxi is on time.. especially because it’s super important for the slow boat experience where you are seated

Beautiful guest house with lovely pool. No one there to check me in so had to wait some time. Shower went cold after a short time.

Spent one quick night before crossing over to Laos, and I really enjoyed spending some time at the pool. The room was clean and spacious with a private bathroom, and the hostel staff was helpful with questions about the slow boat/border. The location that google took us to initially was wrong, but the woman at that hotel was able to direct us back here. You can hear everything in the room next to you, like they are in the room with you, it feels a bit like a summer camp cabin. I had ear plugs, and was able to still enjoy my stay, but something to be aware of.

Does the job, nice pool and restaurant 0 soundproofing between rooms and bathroom was outdoors and you could see into it from other rooms
