Good location, clean facilities, nice pool and laundry service was useful. Good value for money Our room had no window facing outdoors, but one into the hallway which isn’t where you would want to open the blinds! Only thing I’m not a huge fan of! Felt pretty claustrophobic in there

It is a very basic essentials hotel, but hits most of the necessities. Wifi can be in and out. Felt secure, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included but there is a small cafe onsite the prepares a very good breakfast option at reasonable prices. Unreliable wifi. Everything else while basic, was in line with the price paid.

My room was gorgeous, and the staff were gracious and welcoming. My balcony was a wonderful extra, and the hotel pool, with the attendant cat, was a lovely place to sip coffee and read my book. I can’t complain about a single thing.

The hotel is in the Old City, walking distance to virtually everything. It has a beautiful pool and a small cafe where guests can buy breakfast or lunch. I have no complaints.

Breakfast option too limitated, I decided to cross the street for a more appealing menu. The shower heater was not really working well.

Chiang Mai has an old city wall with lots of interesting features inside of it (many temples). I wanted to stay near this area in order to be able to walk to the sights. 99 Gallery is inside the city walls and just steps away from some of the most iconic wats and temples. And close to really good food. The area is pretty congested because the streets are so narrow. But it was not really a problem.

The location is excellent. The staff were helpful. And the accommodations comfortable. I am not a big fan of pretentious luxury hotels, so this lovely place was exactly what our family was looking for. We will stay here again. While not uncomfortable, the beds could use an upgrade.

Clean, comfortable, near with the airport. Its located far away from any caffès or restaurants. I was hungry and didn't have any place near to go to eat or buy food.

The room itself was outdated. The bed had broken springs in it and creaked anytime we sat on it or moved during the night. The walls had several stains on it as well. The hot water in the shower was very finicky and most our showers ended up being cold.

Great location The bottom sheet on the king bed needed to be fitted. It came off exposing the mattress pad every night and was very uncomfortable.

I love all about this hotel. Nice staffs and of cos the hotel location is very fantastic because it closes to any tourist objects. After all, I want to give a special credit to Khun Dao, one of the nicer FDA. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. And keep your hard work up in the air.
