bed was comfy. good topper and quality sheets. Staff was helpful. Dirty and unclean in every area. The elevator, the common area and the glasses were all dirty. In the room, the floor was sticky. There's previous guest hair on the furniture. The tissue box was stained with sth gluey...I booked for 6 nights and had to cancel the the remaining 5 nights.

The location is in the central area Some guests are so annoying They made some noise in the night.The shower is too small and not suitable to change clothes.

During my first stay, I was impressed with the small lawn behind the room where my dog could walk and do his business comfortably. The main concern this time was the condition of the designated dog area. It was very dirty, with uncollected dog waste and overgrown grass. At night, the area had no lighting at all, making it hard to see anything. If the property advertises itself as pet-friendly and charges an additional 1,000 THB per dog, I believe the outdoor space for pets should be better maintained and more thoughtfully managed.

Well location close to many attractive places such as One Nimman Shopping Mall, MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Mall, CMU and also located on the way to Phra That Doi Suthep Temple ? None

The only thing for the Junior Suite is that it's not really a room with a view. The mountains are too far off in the distance to qualify as a view. The view from the pool is of AC unit fans it just a little jarring.

Breakfast ok we asked several times to replenish cheese and tomatoes none happened. Noise insulation TERRIBLE between room bathrooms. looked like the water from next room shower will come to our room. No coffee in room only tea. not a 4 stars hotel.

The beds were comfy, and they cleaned our room every day. Making our stay comfortable. Another guest smoked a cigarette, and it reached our room. Maybe it was through the bathroom ventilation. We asked for our room to be cleaned but they arrived with a can of Glade just to mask the smell.
