The Raya Héritage hôtel was my jungle oasis just outside of Chiang Mai. The room was my anchor. The lanai was so relaxing and filled me with light and healthy vibes, especially as I was overcoming a cold. The doa treatment was well worth it and added to the healing. I lived the staff, they were mostly very accessible and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. The benches that line the river provide good stations to reflect and absorb the wonderful greenery. The food wasn’t as good as I expected of to be, I got room service several times and was always slightly disappointed. The breakfast was better but not stellar.

Loved the focus on natural local products and sustainability while providing high quality products and services. Construction on the other side of the river - but it's temporary and was not too noisy.

Loved the ambience of the hotel! Staff were very kind and the cleaners were absolutely amazing! Breakfast options could be better! Also the pool is not heated so some days we couldn’t use it due to the water being cold

Everything. This was an exceptional stay at a beautiful hotel that goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Staff were all welcoming, smiling, happy to help and gracious. Special thanks to "Lala" who was welcoming during our late check in. The spa experience was nice and professional. Internet speeds were acceptable. Room design was exceptionally unique, we loved the Lanna inspired theme. Restaurant (and room service) were very tasty with wide variety of options. 10/10 would recommend. Loads of insects on the balcony, especially at night. But this is unavoidable as the hotel is directly on Ping River. TV could be bigger, or maybe a projector can be installed in the room...

Good day trips suggested. Beautiful room and balcony, comfortable bed. Nice decorations everywhere! Pool and Bar is not extraordinary

Everything was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and It was very private and peaceful. The staff were so kind and friendly and by far the best service I have ever experienced. There is nothing that I disliked.

The environment that is covered with greenery, the morning sun shining into the room. It makes it feel so cozy. Mosquito, the river color, hard to get telephone signal in the room

Beautiful hotel with stunning heritage decor so beautifully & thoughtfully put together. Our suite had lovely views and was so relaxing. No fault of the hotel but some land across the river was being cleared so not as peaceful as one would have hoped for. Also the hotel is not so central & you need taxis or the shuttle to go into town.

I loved the hotels friendliness and of course the hotel is absolutely beautiful and rooms incredible. My biggest thing was just how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff were. It felt so relaxed, unpretentious and just an amazing safe haven.
