The staff was delightful and helpful There was a little construction around but no noise just a little tricky to find the entrance sometimes.

This is the second time staying at the hotel and it is still a comfortable clean and affordable stay as it was before. It was nice staying here and amenities like the pool and everyday breakfast were really great to have. It’s also a short ride to the airport. Sometimes it was out of range for tour pick ups, so I’d recommend checking your plans before booking.

It's a quiet safe hotel. the staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing is there is no parking lot but it's not a big deal. The price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel to those who visit Chiangmai.

Quite location, very polite, helpful and respectful staff especially Kathy & Nin, some shops (cafe, beauty salon…etc) are nearby, decent room, it’s a bit a small room but it’s just fine, good breakfast, great welcoming from Kathy & Nin, about 10 minutes to the airport, 1 minute walk to McDonald, and about 13 minutes walk to the nearest seven eleven, laundry service could be arranged with reception and the price is by per kg. Small rooms, gym is not big it’s just next to where having breakfast and the reception, sound proof of the room needs to be improved and balcony as well, some materials in the room were damaged but have been replaced and repaired, rooms facing the main road are noisy because of passing cars and bikes.

We lived in a combined room, so from our room there was a door to another room and there wasn't any soundproofing. We were unlucky with our neighbors, they were too loud.

This was not my idea type of breakfast. The room that they gave me was bad with ants and sew flies. I received many bates. They moved me to another room get just before I decided that I had had enough. In the end, give them four or five days that I should be getting credit for. I guess it my lost.

Really nice place if you need to be near the airport and not on a budget. Felt very clean and luxury, I felt very looked after. Staff were very kind and received some lazada parcels for me before I arrived too. Theres a really good breakfast selection, and the micro gym (treadmill) was a real bonus for me. Very noisy super-expressway next to it which you can hear from the room, and not the most convenient location for exploring Chiang Mai, but I guess that's what you get if you want to stay close to the airport. The mattress was too soft and pillow too thick for my liking but maybe that's personal preference.
