Absolutely loved this hotel, we stayed in Thailand for a month and this was one of our nicest stays. Breakfast was great, staff was so kind and welcoming, laundry on site, excellent walking distance to many activities, etc, pool was nice and never too busy. Nothing, it was great.

Location is not that far from one nimman, maya mall and khao soi mae sai. Breakfast are okay, and employees try to do their job properly. English are very limited but they try to help, Interior inside the room are a bit outdated and some window cover need to be changed. Found a piece of hair in the room, but its just a hair no biggie.

Great place to stay when visiting Chiangmai. Locating in the city center, near many tourist attractions, with easy access to main roads. Room is cleaned, with well facilities provided.
-
Cleanliness and friendly staffs Parking is limited and not convenience when parking the car away from the hotel (quite dark at night)

For short term very nice, rooms are small but the connecting door was very comfortable, breakfast was surprisingly OK, we expected much less Toilet paper must be thrown to trash can - very disgusting

Hi Chiangmai hotel location is just 10 mins away from the airport. But in order to get to any Chiangmai attractions, most of the time we need to order grab car. The nearest Maya mall and One Ninman is about 10 mins walking distance. Our hotel room for triple is very spacious, the pool is just next to the hotel dining area. Although it is a small pool, kids had so much fun swimming in the cool water during the hot weather. Breakfast was simple and wasn’t many simple. It was the same breakfast we had for our 2 nights of stay. Staff are friendly and always smile. Overall the stay was wonderful but it is just at the pricy side considering the hotel facilities and location.

The staff was fantastic and the room was spacious and clean. Nothing major but it was a bit more difficult to walk to the old town than we originally expected. Grabs are very affordable though so no issues.

Beautiful new hotel, modern finishes, pretty good location, friendly staff, laundry downstairs, swimming pool, breakfast Beds were quite hard, not a massive selection for breakfast, but still good.

Good location in Nimman Thin walls. Can hear neighbours coughing and noise from the corridors.

The location is very good and the rooms are pretty cheap, at about $95 USD. But you get what you pay for. It bills itself as a four-star hotel and I just can't see any way there is one star between this and the Marriott. Everything was an extra charge or there was a rule about it. They didn't want us to have an extra key for our room, even though they were three of us. I understand that with older plumbing you can't flush toilet paper, but does the sign really need to threaten that we'll be fined? The pool is absolutely tiny and right smack against where people are eating breakfast, which is on me for not looking at the pictures more carefully, but again, it doesn't really feel like a four-star experience.

Hotel was clean. I was quite disappointed with the hotel for personal reasons. I thought it would be better located. The breakfast was really not great, and we found it too hot in the room (the air conditioning was stuck at 20 degrees)

Here comes the old "I really wanted to like this place..." There's so much that is good; very comfortable room that really had everything I needed for a work stay of around a week; and there's a very peaceful pool area that is adjacent to the tables in breakfast area. But the noise and disturbed sleep at night... The walls are thick (so far so good), but the doors are practically paper thin, so if anyone so much as farts outside, you will hear them. And it doesn't help that the acoustics of the hallways cause every little sound to be amplified (not a lot of thought seems to have been put into how the hallways were designed and constructed with regard to sound proofing). The funny thing is, on all the floors with guest rooms, the staff have taped up signs saying "Quiet zone" (perhaps they're aware of the acoustics?). It's written in English. It's written in Mandarin. It's also written in Korean. But weirdly it's not written in Thai, and there were some Thai people that were very noisy during sleeping hours (numerous times, even after I asked for quiet).
