CHERN CHIANGMAI BOUTIQUE

We absolutely love the hosts Nira & Hank. They treat everyone like family. Greetings every time you come or go, ready to help you book tours, recommend local cuisine. The hotel is extremely clean, rooms and linen are new and fresh. The bed is firm which may not suit everyone, but we were comfortable. We loved the location in the Nimman district, close to an abundance of food, bars, the mall and local shops and markets. But it is on a very quiet street so you never hear any noise. There is nothing to not like. Nira and Hank work so hard to provide a welcome and comfortable local boutique experience.

Lovely staff – the owners are so friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful if you need anything. They really come across as caring about people who stay at their hotel. The Hotel is tastefully decorated and has a lovely front garden where you can have breakfast or enjoy a drink. The room was also nice, better than the photos online. Comfy bed, good sized desk. Decent price and good location within easy walk of all Nimman has to offer. The bathroom was fine, but the hot water was not very hot.

It’s a cute boutique hotel in a cool and walkable neighborhood. But, my favorite part was the couple who run it. They are lovely!

The owners are so nice, helped us with information we needed and just generally happy to be there for us. Quiet area, small and comfy garden.

The owners are really kind and helpful. Even thought they say no breakfast there is lovely tea and coffee, toast, bananas and the best soft cake! The rooms are good with very comfortable beds. We really liked the location after spending the first part of our trip in the old city. It is near to everything and a very different vibe, a little but Shoreditch

There are not enough great words to say about this location. The husband and wife that owns this little boutique hotel made my stay exceptional. They took a personal interest in ensuring I had a great experience as well as helping me find different locations to eat and enjoy my stay.

So much about to say about how great this hotel is but the hospitality for us was truly the best we’ve had in all of Thailand so far. The owners are wonderful people and they make all the difference. The location is great. Restaurants, scooter rental, massage, “One Market” is all in walkable distance. Being close to Old Town also means being in pick up radius for any excursions we booked on Booking.com. We’ll definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The people that own/manage the hotel are just great and I would recommend this hotel purely for that. They were so kind and helpful when we accidentally made the mistake of not allowing sufficient time to book a car and get to the airport during rush hour traffic. Within a couple of minutes they made a call and someone was at the door to take us. (We made the flight with time to spare). The hotel is located down a quiet street in a vibrant area of the city. It’s close to the Maya Mall, which wasn’t all that impressive, but the area across the street has many restaurants and shops. The room was small but comfortable and they have coffee, toast and bananas in the lobby. The only thing that I really didn’t like was the bathroom. You shower on a flat floor with only a shower curtain so water gets all over the bathroom floor. It just seems like a terrible design.

Everything was so wonderful. The management here really know how to take care of their guests. It’s in such an ideal location - for this price range it’s the perfect place to stay in CM.

Everything is cozy about this place: the reception/dining area, the green garden outside. But what really distinguishes this place is the most personable treatment by the hosts Phuri and Nira. I have been there before in somewhat hardship circumstances and they have always been the most helpful. At this point I consider them as friends.

The owners were so amazing and friendly. The room was always very clean and they provided plenty of water. I really loved their coffee in the morning. They also have great recommendations on massage and cooking class. and most importantly it was very quiet at night and the beds were so comfortable,, which I've had a hard time finding in nimman. nothing at all
