CHINO at Nimman Luxury Boutique Hotel

The room was spacious and clean. But the staff were the biggest asset for the property as they could not have been more friendly and provided excellent service. From the impressive welcome tea service to the excellent breakfast buffet and cooking and Thai tea making lessons. They brought my friend a birthday brownie and drinks and sang to her for a wonderful treat. Really a great team. The neighborhood was walkable and had everything you could want. The plane noise was very loud at times as it is right by the airport which was not clear in any of the reviews.

The service was fantastic in combination with amazing food and cozy environment. Location was perfect as well, especially for people loving shopping. My stay went beyond my expectation.

Lovely boutique hotel in an ideal spot — just steps from great restaurants and bars. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options to please everyone, and I loved the daily juices and sparkling wine. The staff were fabulous — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The welcome and departure drinks were a lovely touch that made our stay feel special. Highly recommend, hope to return soon. Absolutely nothing.

The bed is divine--so comfy, soft and super-clean.

The rooms are lovely. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The shower is huge. The staff were super friendly upon arrival, welcoming us with a drink and small treat. The location is great. It’s near cafes, restaurants, a shopping mall and more. All are within walking distance I had to return only a few hours after I left because I became ill. They had a room ready for me right away. The proximity to the airport means there is some airplane noise, especially on the top floor. Still. It wasn’t too much of a. Inconvenience.

I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! I received free transport from the airport (for guests staying 5+ nights) and was then immediately sat down, given a refreshing wet towel, fruit drink (delicious!) and small sampling of fruit as they checked me in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room exceptionally clean with a large rain and handheld shower in the bathroom. They provide all the free bottled water you need and the morning breakfast is excellent, with a pool-side egg station (making omelettes, fried eggs, boiled eggs, etc.) and fresh fruits, juices, Thai savory breakfast items and excellent coffee....more than any one person could eat! It was about a 20min. walk to the old town and all the sites therein and it's right around the corner from a 7-11 for those wanting to pick up a beer or snack before going to bed. It's right around the corner from a bustling, hip neighborhood with many excellent restaurants and bars with many people walking around, sitting outside listening to live music and just enjoying the ambiance. Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent, excellent, excellent! 6 stars out of 5!

Great room, breakfast and staff. Very close to many shops and restaurants. Airplanes taking off noise at night. While it does stop around midnight, it is loud.

Staff were amazing! Breakfast was superb!! Such a gem with a lovely serene pool in Chiang Mai!!! Loved the welcome drink and the bed was so comfy!!

Welcome drink as well as farewell drink are so gorgeous and impressive. Staffs are so nice and attentive. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Since hotel location is near the airport, therefore the noice of airplanes during take off/landing is a bit disturbance.

Speed of Wihi was terrible

Details were on point! The hotel was decorated with intent and class. Beautiful floral arrangements, beautiful prints and patterns everywhere. From scent, sound, sight, the place was very enjoyable. Tea time was nice from 2-4 you can get drinks and snacks. The beds were so comfortable and pillows were perfect. Welcome and farewell snack and drinks were awesome! Very nice touch. I loved how it showcased Lanna thai style snacks and drinks! We had a room near the pool on third floor and the tourist swimming were noisy! This has nothing to do with staff but just thought you’d like to know. Rooms ceilings are not too tall.

Gorgeous rooms and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. They also have a wonderful pool area and the breakfast buffet has a lot of great options I had to stay an extra day because I was sick and they charged me a walk-in fee rather than the booking fee I had for my first night

Chino@Nimman is hands down the best hotel in Chiang Mai. Located at the hub of the town and surrounded by the chic cafes, must-try restaurants, the hotel also boasts spectacular interior design, sizeable room and super-comfy bed that I need to ask what brand of the bed linens they are using. Breakfast are excellent. And may I said that the service from all staff members are impeccable.....and, in this case, I need to be redundant because the staff are flawless. This place will be the ONLY place I will stay when I come to visit Chiang Mai. You get more bang for your bucks. None.

It was located in a great area where i can access the town easily.. quite and very clean The staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast buffet would use of more variety.. but it would not affect my review

The hotel was very modern and nicely designed. The room was a good size. There was a lot of water on offer which was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice location in Nimman. A distance from old town. The breakfast wasn't great for us. Some of the options were very odd. The pool was in a strange location and very little space around it. It didn't get any sun so the water was quite cold. The bedroom walls were very thin. You could hear a lot of noises from around the hotel.
