The hotel is in a very convenient location in the heart of Nimman, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance. However, what impressed me the most was the staff. Every time I stay here, the team always welcomes me warmly and makes me feel comfortable from the moment I arrive. I would especially like to thank the check-in staff for their sincere, friendly, and attentive service. Their hospitality is one of the main reasons why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Chiang Mai.

Wonderful and great price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Best location and some restaurant open to 2am just across the street not too far away. The laundry service was awesome. Overall I'm so happy to choose this locations in Chiang Mai. Close to Maya shopping center as well.

The location is good , very closed to central niman The rooms was not very clean , i did a booking on the rooms with tubs but the water was not hot and called the staff to fixed but the staff that came up was a security guard which i felt was extremely unprofessional and the problem was not fixed with no compensation.

Only stayed here for 1 night at the end of my Thailand trip. For the purpose of needing to stay the night for an early morning flight home, it did the job. Staff was super nice, spoke great English, and gave good tips for the area. The bed wasn't the comfiest, the shower wasn't cleaned thoroughly, but we made it work. The room was stuffy when we arrived, so we left our keycard on to keep the a/c going otherwise, the room would smell and stay hot. Walls are definitely thin, but thankfully, I was out until bedtime and passed out. They provide robes, slippers and disposable earplugs. Hotel likes nice on the outside and despite being in proximity to the airport, I love the neighborhood with great cocktail bars and local shops for last-minute souvenirs. Bed wasn't the comfiest. The shower was not cleaned well. Walls are thin, I am mostly a light sleeper, and people were having loud conversations in their rooms at 3 am.

The room was very clean, cozy, and also very pretty. The lobby is also very nice, clean, and have water, drinks and snacks for people waiting in the lobby. Maybe one thing is that there are some ants in the bathroom but it doesn’t bother us which was fine.

The staff always greet me warmly whenever I pass the front desk. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff provide excellent service.

Great location. Very close to airport. Great neighborhood - a lot of good restaurants and café nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Love it!

The strong smell of some air freshener in the room was very unpleasant for me. The floor in the room was not very clean, I lightly wiped the floor with a dry towel and was scared by the result.
