We loved our room for its natural light in two directions, perfect air conditioning, soft white sheets and comfortable bed and pillows. We loved the common rooms including the pool which is blessedly almost always in shade. Perfect! Nothing!

The pool is a lot smaller than it appears online so I didn't use it. If the weather was hotter it might be useful to cool off in, but not conducive to swimming

The WiFi wasn’t great in the room. But the hotel was nice. The location is a bit out of the way and some noise from door at night but over all pretty nice!

It’s clean and well run and only one kilometer through winding alleys and a busy street to get to the heart of Neeman district. The value for what you pay is good for sure. The airplane noise was loud, like really loud from 7:30 am to 11:30 at night. Then the flights stop. I stayed up every night until 11:30pm to avoid getting woken up. I would think many hotels in neeman have this problem. And the walls are thin. This may not be a problem for some but it was for me, a light sleeper.

Staff was great. The owner / operator James was such a delightful person. So generous and accommodating to us individually but also the hotel itself. There is a section of free items for hotel guests, including water, snacks, soy milk, cereal, instant noddles etc. Very good breakfast for under 5 usd. highly recommend trying the coffee if you get a chance. Walking distance to various malls/ night markets etc while being much better value than most hotels in the area. Locally owned and operated by people who care. Support local business! No parking as far as I could tell but not a problem for us.

Convenient and clean The room are not sound proof. The slamming of neighbours door is very loud and can be heard. Also I remember they used to have a coffee machine and a bigger variety of items in the free mini bar.

The staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, elevator useful Breakfast was very disappointing, only 3 sets to choose from and 2 people in my group got sick from their sausage. Only instant coffee available. Scooter I rented from them was in bad condition with torn seat. Hotel tucked away in a bend, you have to walk a bit to get to the buzzing Nimman area.

Loved the staff, the downstairs cafe with its free water and beautiful seating area. Loved the pool area and the friendliness, clean room and daily upkeep was superb. Staying in this part of Chiang Mai meant loud aeroplanes but on the other hand the hotel is well located.

Just about everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than enough per serving and it's quite good. Snack bar at the lobby is a plus. We can grab drinks and cute snack at anytime 24/7. Co-working space and cafe is great. Room size is decent, comfort for 2 people. Room is clean and has all the things we need as in major hotel. location is a bit hide away from main road but still walkable. Car park is confusing to find first time coming in but once you know where it is, it's easy to navigate.
