At Pingnakorn Riverside Hotel Chiangmai

This hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazingly helpful. Treated us like royalty. The breakfast buffet was beyond exceptional. The pool was beautiful and you could take a nice walk down to the dinner. I would like to have two pool towels available at all times. We had to ask for pool towels and often have to wait.

Lovely spot on the river. Fab rooms and decor. Fantastic breakfast overlooking the pool. A small table next to the sofa in bedroom would be a useful addition.

Location! Staffs were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was excellent all 5 days we were there. No fitness center and it’s on the older side.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and well- trained staffs. Hotel garden is very beautiful located along Ping river. Hotel itself is pretty dated. Need a lot of renovation to maintain in good shape especially in toilet, air conditioning system and flooring. Hotel room cleaning needs a level up as we found hairs and dead insects in our room on our check-in.

While the property itself has potential, the lack of hospitality and comfort made the stay fall short of expectations. Our stay at Pingnakorn Riverside was unfortunately a disappointment overall, and we ultimately decided to change hotels during our trip due to the level of service and the overall comfort of the facilities. One of the biggest negatives was the staff interaction. Rather than feeling welcoming or helpful, the experience often felt transactional. A particularly disappointing moment was when we asked the front desk for recommendations and information about the local area, and we were simply told to “Google it” ourselves instead of receiving assistance or guidance.

Everything is looking good! The staffs are so welcoming and friendly.

The pool was in good condition and temperature. The hotel stuff was very helpful and kind. Is the room is well maintained. The that location of the hotel is just balanced between being closed to the city center and a quiet area by the river. There was no proper shower head hanger.

Charming small hotel at riverside, with spacious rooms and romantic patio. Good bathroom with strong shower. Very attentive and friendly staff. From original booking of 3 days I extended to 2 weeks - so obviously I felt comfortable. It's an old fashioned building, maybe it is not everyone's taste but it was comfortable and clean for me.

New silk sheets every day! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Big rooms, staff are so cordial, gorgeous pool and great breakfast;)

It was a beautiful setting! If you are wanting to be walking distance from the old city it is further away. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

Location requires a ride anywhere you go. It would be nice if they provided a red truck transfer to the square.
