Nan and her brother are so great and welcoming. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and well kept, and they people make it even better! Everything works super great and the room has so much light! The area is close to a 7-11 and Lotus grocery store and there are a lot of delicious foods around :))

There’s no elevator here, but it’s only three floors, and the staff are happy to help carry your things.

The place is quiet and peaceful, with a spacious common area perfect for working. There’s also a small garden, and both 7-Eleven and Lotus’s are just a 1-minute walk from the hotel.

This is one of the favorite hotels I’ve ever been to! The staff are so welcoming and are very helpful if you need something. The hotel itself is super quiet, even when there are other guests it is still very private and relaxing! I extended the stay twice because I loved it so much and I hope to vidi t again! The neighbourhood is super super friendly with very little tourists, a 24 hour 7/11 on the corner very close to the hotel and lots of super super great food around. Would definitely highly recommend it to those considering!

Rooms were nice and clean. It was just a short walk around the corner to food and a 7-11. The beds were extremely (uncomfortably) firm, but we found the beds in every hotel we stayed in to be the same. It must be a Thai thing.

The room was very clean and bed very comfortable shower troom and shower perfect 00 I was on 3rd floor and no lift however stairs where not steep so I coped well

The room was clean, big and comfortable. Was excellent value for the price. I highly recommend staying at this property We booked a room with a balcony and we didn’t get it (however the hotel gave us a refund) The location wasn’t close to anything we wanted to do but transportation is pretty cheap and easy to get from the hotel.

nice place clean staff really friendly good room good place in the front yard comfortable tables and seat to enjoy outside nice mini river in the garden really cheap place to eat nearby location is not so good to go to chaing mai center (the square) you need a car or walk at least 20 minutes to reach the outer rim but scooters are for rent really cheap
