They really make you feel at home here. They will talk with you, how was your day, what are your plans for the day, is there something we can do for you. They warmed up and served us our leftovers. This hotel is great. The staff is even better!

The staff was energetic and friendly. The breakfast was a great mixture of asian and continental foods. There are bicycles available to borrow. Beverages and snacks available 24/7. Without a door on the shower, the floor sometimes got a little wet.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable hotel with terrific staff. We had a last minute flight change and they went out of their way to make sure we got to the airport on time, with coffee in hand. We are very grateful! Rooms are simple but have all the basics, as well as nice hot showers. I’ll stay here again. Nothing to dislike

The facilities are modern, stylish, clean. I don't know why there are comments regarding the sink. I find it useful to be separate from toilet, while my wife showers I use the sink, it saves time. Each floor has 1 balcony at the end, where you can watch the sunrise. The staff is super nice, always there to help. Dima speaks russian (my language) and is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is delicious and always fresh. Nice neighborhood, very vibrant with lots of restaurants and massage places, and yet quiet and calm. 15 min from center of Chiang Mai. Overall it was an amazing stay. N/A

Breakfast is excellent. Unlimited drinking water and fruits. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room for 3 was decorated for 3, not extra bed. Location is superb, just a step to Roastery, Gapple, Jarin pie, etc. Nothing

Loved the location, the entire staff was incredible, and the breakfast was lovely. I never give 10’s. But my stay was a 10. I truly can’t recall a dislike.

Everything about this hotel is awesome. Our second time staying at a BED property, this time for 8 nights and we were sorry to leave. Rooms are not fancy but have everything you need, great storage, comfortable bed and the shower is hot and has great water pressure. The breakfast is top notch. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The “vibe” here is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about ha about Jerome and the team and the great place they have created. We will be back! The pool is in the shade so too cold to swim in during winter.

The location was excellent. The staff is super courteous and goes out of their way to make your stay so much better. The breakfast spread is so wholesome and varied. Quite easily the best stay we had in our time in Thailand! No complaints!

If I could give 6...7...8...9..10 and 11 stars; I would. 1. Staff was super amazing....personable, go the extra distance 2. Room...had everything and more 3. Cleaning staff were great...room, hallway, common areas and pool... 4. Best location to the many other hotels...that I saw.

Facilities, location, Internet and food Plane noise is fine but can hear the outside noise when people walking around.

Consider implementing fans in the bathrooms. Our bathroom got really humid and wet after each shower and made the room very humid as well.

Overall amazing, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Inexpensive for the quality of service you get.
