I was far away from everything ants in shower no hot water

There were ants and insects all over and on the bed as well. I understand that it's the countryside. However, both beds had multiple holes in the sheets that looked dirty. We were very uncomfortable with that. Those sheets were not suited for hotel guest.

The first person who I asked to checked wasn’t so friendly. Spoke to me impolitely. But then the second person who entertained me was polite and smiled talking to me. It was stressful to look for the hotel because the google map is confusing.

The garden surrounding beautiful. The bed was very hard. The douche/shower cold and dirty. The tables dirty. The breakfast terrible. We ask for fried rice. But there was no chicken and no vegetable, so we have only rice wit a egg inside.. But the most terrible was the KARAOKE until midnight from somewhere else, with many many decibel’s, So nobody can sleep in this area.

Absolutely Beautiful setting …. Until you open the door to your room. Walls, furniture, all in disrepair and scuffed, peeling or broken. Do not stay here unless you have no other alternatives. Staff at check in terrible, rude, like we were bothering them just to check in. I should have listened to other reviews that said the same thing. Three nights cold water shower, they said they can’t fix it. It’s always been that way they said. Three rooms none of the tv’ s worked. Asked for an extra blanket and pillow. They said no , then said 500 baht extra per day for a pillow and blanket. I have travelled the world during my career, this ranks number one as the worst I have ever experienced. Motel 6 in the USA was 100% better. I can overlook bad conditions . But bad mgmt and staff are unacceptable . It’s obvious the ownership has not visited or audited the property in several years if ever. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here if you want an hassle free and comfortable vacation.

This was our 6th visit over the last 8 years and were there for 5 days. The location, buildings and views are amazing. Beautifully placed beside a stream with some amazing spots to sit and relax. We absolutely love this place, but this time we were so disappointed. Everything was wrong. The pool was absolutely filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for months, as there was green mold all around the tiles. They knew we were coming and hadn't bothered to clean it. Broken towel rails in the bathroom. The pool chairs are all broken or filthy. The swinging chairs hanging over the river are hanging by a thread. if anyone sits on them, I'm sure they'll end up in the river. The girl on reception, who acts as manager (because management is never there) does nothing all day, instead of making sure housekeeping is doing their job. We had to ask on the 2cnd day, to have our shower gel bottle refilled and it was a big one, so hadn't been filled for weeks. The pool table room is now a storage room for the towels and sheets. Since our very first visit back in 2016, it has totally been neglected, with absolutely no maintenance been done. It is very upsetting to see this, as it once was an absolutely fabulous place. We are coming back to Mae Rim in a couple of months and would love to visit again and see if they have made any improvements. (we did sit down with the owner and voiced our concerns) If not, it will be our last visit and they will have lost a good customer. P.S. I run small group tours and have taken my tour groups there, so we are not just a couple going.

Hotel Restaurant I had to go to the hospital with violent food poisoning I was there over night Three days later we met 3 guys that checked in the day we did and the same thing happened to them but they tried to deal with it on their own

Hot shower Comfortable bed Easy access to restaurants on the main road if you drive We had a family room that comes with a second double bed in the attic. Roof of attic was a little low on one side. Need to be careful if you have children who are tall (over 1.55m)

The location is good and the style of the buildings is nice. I liked the pool and pool area, although it was also noisy when trying to sleep. It was absolutely filthy. There was dirt in the shower and toilet. It obviously hadn't been cleaned. There were 3 TVs in the apartment, but no hand soap, and no hot water..
