This truly is an oasis in the midst of the busy Nimman neighborhood. It's a two minute walk from trendy cafes, the historic mall, the "White Market" night market, and more....but you feel like you're staying in the jungle thanks to the lush garden setting. It's also very quiet, except for the resident chickens! The staff was super helpful, and they offered a nice buffet breakfast as well as helpful services like same-day laundry. We'd definitely stay here again on another visit to Chiang Mai (especially because Nimman is less touristy than the old town but still lots to do). Bed was slightly hard, but that seems par for the course in Thailand.

Beautiful hotel tucked away in lush garden in Nimman. Convenient to walk everywhere including old town. We came for songkran so it was noisy at night but quieted around 12 am. Beware there is a rooster that crows at 5 AM! Facilities and staff very lovely.

The view is the beautiful garden. I love being in a thriving natural environment. I am a fan of low to moderate lighting. The lights are very bright white. Just not my preference. It didn't affect my stay.

Nice place in a quiet garden with singing frogs at night and a rooster. Clean and cozy. Very nice people. The location is top. The cushions were rather hard and hence sleeping was not very comfortable for us. The rooster at 5am is ok but might be a problem for others.

Great location in Nimman and a lot of green around you at the hotel It is noisy, but we used earplugs and were fine.

The included breakfast was a welcome surprise. The communal area is lovely. Could do with a few English magazines. Hotel in the flight path. Cockerel disturbs the peace in the morning, a little far from the centre if you don't have your own transport

Great location, beautiful grounds. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Very close to Nimman. Rooms although clean are in need of some TLC. Poor sound proofing between rooms.

Loved the garden, the chickens, and mostly the friendly staff. The floor of the room noticeably slopes. The lighting is very bright - too much. This did not bother my stay at all.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Clean and cozy. In the room where I stayed, I could hear everything from the one next to mine, which was not ideal.
