Gord Nuea Boutique House

Loved the authentic Thai feeling it had to it! It was warm, welcoming and very clean. I addition, the breakfast was much more than we were expecting! Fabulous Thai food for breakfast, like who could ask for more!! Location is perfect as close to the night market and many restaurants and cafes. Another nice touch is that there is also a lovely cafe and roastery on the property called the Pegasus.

The homie atmosphere and the bed and breakfast vibes make this hotel a standout. The courtyard with a koi pond and coffee shop really make our stay an unforgettable experience. Our hosts were so nice and they cooked us the best breakfast ever!!! The bed was a little stiff for western standards and the room only came with a TV with cable.

From the moment you step foot on the property, you can tell a lot of time, attention to detail, and love is put into the hotel and coffee shop. The owners are a very sweet family who make you feel welcome and like you’re a part of the family. Their excitement to share Thailand with you, makes your stay a delight. Some of the best food we ate every morning at this hotel and hands-down the best coffee in all of Thailand is served here if you’re lucky you might even get a pet a cute little bulldog or have your coffee next to the Koi fish while you watch the mangoes and the birds up in the trees above. The rooms are extremely clean and relaxing. The bathrooms are outstanding, and the showers are warm. I cannot wait to come back next year and spend another week with the sweetest family in all of Thailand. there is nothing on this property to not love

The shower could have gotten hotter. It was hot enough but definitely never got very hot.

Excellent place to stay if you prefer a quite place but still close to restaurants and shops. It is not located on the main street, but it a is huge plus. We had very good breakfast, in Thai type of food. It is not a buffet style but it is still very nice and you get sticky rice mango every morning. Room is very spacious with good air conditioning and amazing view at evening. Near by there is tourist center, souvenir shop, restaurants. Enough bikes parking place and it also has a excellent coffee shop that people are coming from outside to drink Nothing

From the moment we got there, everyone was so nice! The room was clean, bathroom was perfect (love how the shower is separated by a glass wall from the rest of the bathroom. The location was great too! They even gave us fresh beautiful flowers for our honeymoon? I highly recommend to anyone!

This is a gem in Chiang Mai! The rooms are so comfy and clean and the breakfast is unbeatable! The family running the hotel were so helpful and sweet. So glad we got to stay here

The atmosphere and attention to detail were amazing. Place is immaculate. Friendly staff and good coffee onsite. Mint helped us find a ride when Grab fell through and went out of her way to help us. Walking distance to the festival and lots of things close by. The bed was too hard.

Wonderful guest house in a quiet private courtyard set back from the road. Great location to explore Chiang Mai. Nom and her family make the stay memorable, great breakfast and helpful suggestions on what to do and explore. They kindly helped us organise a day trip with a driver which was highly appreciated! Very much recommend this lovely place!

Staff were amazing!! So friendly

The hotel is super cute and very well taken care of. Family ran and they take care of their guests. They helped me get my phone back I had left in a Grab! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Chaingmai

Very good central yet quiet location. The place is super clean and very well maintained. Good value for the money.

The place is undesirable clean, free unlimited drinking water, the monogrammed white linens, comfortable beds, peaceful courtyard with a cute coffee shop. Don't forget to try Dirty Coffee here, at Pegasus Coffee & Roastery. It is the latest trend in Asia and so delicious. "Wake up and smell the coffee"... could experience this daily because Mr. Nong roasts his coffee in the sophisticated machine at the hotel's courtyard. Mrs. Nom offers basic breakfast (eggs, bread, jam, bananas, tea and coffee and local sweets/dessert) for free to the hotel guests. Additional breakfast menu is available to the more hungry guests and visitors (extra charge). The proprietors, Mrs. Nom and Mr. Nong, is a hard working couple; they make your stay at their place unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The receptionist is amazing and you feel directly at home. I also forgot something at the hotel and they did everything to deliver it to me. Location, staff, interior … all amazing
