Onsen toilet outside room

The room and the bathroom are spacious. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of parking space—great if you drive. They have Onsen but we didn’t have a chance to use. Breakfast has quite limited choices. Room has some dust.

Good value, huge room with Breakfast and Onsen for a very good price. The location is great, not far from famous tourist spots with a large parking lot. The room did not look like what I saw in Booking.com, old room, with repaired dent here and there... Onsen Bathroom is quite old, dim, and water pressure is very low (change the lightbulb perhaps?)

There was an onsen. The hose next to toilet had red and back stains on it. I did not feel comfortable using it since it looks like mold & wasn’t cleaned. We wish the food had more options. My boyfriend would only eat the porridge. The address would location the property somewhere else.

Spotless clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful mountain view, decent breakfasts, and helpful staff. The property is located in a quiet place with some places to eat around, both Thai and foreign. The onsen is great, overall, the property is great for a relaxing getaway.

Dirty room, hair from few different precious guests in the bathroom, bed and on the floor. Dirty not washed spoons with food particles from previous guests. Dust in different locations.

One of the staff was extremely helpful and approachable - kudos to her! The onsen was a treat. Our room was spacious and the housekeeping was on-point. The hotel compound was spacious which made it suitable for playing with kids. We stayed for a 5 nights. After a while, we felt that the ventilation in the room could be improved, as the smell of the toilet seemed to linger.

The large room, sauna, pool and onsen. The breakfast buffet was great around new year. It’s not always that good. Sometimes the onsen seemed to be a playground for kids. Not very relaxing. There was and awful smell of sewage coming from the kitchen sink. No shade for parking lot.

Choice of Breakfasts, bento, eggs, etc . Staff very kind and flexible, Great pool & Japanese bath. Quiet nights. Grab or scooter for travel. There is a big outdoors restaurant not too far up the road. Ask staff to warm up sauna 1 hour beforehand Wifi spotty depending on room, but they have several passwords for pool, cafe and room.

Nice front desk and cleaning staff. Onsen onsite and easy to book. Big pool looking at mountains. Big room. Good A/C. Nice bed and linens. Breakfast included even if only average food. It’s not going to win design awards but function over form every time.

Super clean, very comfortable bed. Japanese style including breakfast which was very nice. Sadly shower temp. was very irregular, probably was easily fixed but we had just the one night.

Nicely appointed hotel, close to the Doi Suthep foothills, fairly quiet (although on the take off flight path). Rooms are a good size and reasonable for the price. Good facilities with a swimming pool, Onsen and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps more choice for breakfast? (Eg muesli, croissants). But the Thai/Japanese options kept me going until lunchtime ok!
