Positive is the location near by small community mall and police station The property is really poor maintenance and cleanliness. You will find dust everywhere in room and bathroom door handle is broken. Faucet, toilet bowl and sink, actually is everywhere never been scrubbed for ages!

Super comfy bed and nice room. There is a 711 right next door and you can walk to Plaza 89 within 2 or 3 minutes.

+: Value for money, friendly staff, small but clean rooms, nice and new decoration. -: a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Hopefully, we informed the receptionist guy about that and after some hour mosquitos disappeared from the room, but still have plenty of mosquitos in the public areas and generally in this part of Chiang Mai. Difficult to communicate in English, like at majority of Thailand.

Decent simple room and good bathroom. Clean. A 7-Eleven is right next to it. A 10 minute walk away is a shopping plaza with coffee shop and restaurants. The location is not great. Not close to old city or the airport (but not that far either). I stayed because it was near a friend I was visiting.

really liked staying here. wish I had decided to stay longer than I did. the room I was in was really quiet. 7-11 right next door. good market a couple of minute walk. really comfortable and safe well worth the money. much better than the place I’m currently at. would stay here again. nothing really

the best was the comfiest bed we’ve slept in in Vietnam. it’s definitely far from the city centre however it’s perfect if you need a place to stay before or after the airport

Very good hotel, nice staff, we had everything what we need for our stay. It is a little far from the centre, but you can easily get a taxi or Grab. 7/11 is right at the hotel, there was also a bottle of water in the room.

Very comfortable room and beds. Was pleasantly surprised at the value for money. Perefect place for a base to explore Chiangmai and the surrounding areas. recommend one hires a car (Matana have car parking) and enjoy!
